How much do your experiences cost?




Over 80% of our experiences are priced under $500, and over 50% of our experiences are $200 or less.

I don't know what type of experience to give my employee, what should I do?




Sometimes you may not know exactly what type of experience to give an employee or customer as a gift, which is why we offer our "9 Levels of Cloud 9" gift cards.


When I give my employee a specific Cloud 9 Living experience, can they exchange it for other experiences?




Yes, your employees can exchange the experience they have been given for a different one. If the experience they wish to exchange for costs more than their original experience, they will be required to pay any difference in cost. If the new experience costs less than the original, the remaining balance will be converted to Cloud 9 Living credit.


I use a points-based incentive program to reward employees, can you design a program customized to our points-based program?




Yes. We have the ability to convert individual experiences or our experience-level gift cards to correspond with whatever point ratio your company may use. With our co-branded websites, we have the ability to create a fully searchable website listing all experiences in corresponding points rather than dollar values.


Do you offer co-branded websites?




Yes, we offer our corporate clients a variety of co-branded website options, allowing you to reinforce your brand by customizing and displaying corporate logos and images on a personalized Cloud 9 Living website. With co-branded websites ranging from landing pages announcing program details, to fully searchable sites with all 1,700+ Cloud 9 Living experiences, we can accommodate your needs.


Do you offer co-branded gift cards?




Yes. We can create co-branded gift cards with your company's logo to reinforce your brand and strengthen the bond with your reward recipients.


Do you have expiration dates? Can the recipients extend their expiration dates?




All gift cards have an expiration date of one (1) year from the date of purchase. You must have a booking confirmation for an experience within that one year period to avoid expiration. All gift cards are considered purchased in the state of Colorado and are subject to Colorado gift card law. Recipients have the option to extend the life of their gift card. There will be a one-time extension fee of $25 to extend a gift card.


How easy is it to place orders?




Easy. As a corporate client, all you have to do is open a corporate account and submit orders periodically as needed. A dedicated Cloud 9 Living representative will be available from program inception to completion to answer any questions you may have and help ensure all your needs are met.


Are there minimum order requirements?




No.


Does everyone receive a gift box?




The choice is yours with regard to how your Cloud 9 Living experience is presented to your employee/customer/client, and we have three options to suit our clients' various needs. All Cloud 9 Living experiences and gift cards are available in our signature "Cloud 9 Living" gift box, our "Cloud 9 Living" gift card holders, or may be delivered via a "Cloud 9 Living Email Certificate".
